Urban Forest Series Credenza

Our Urban Forest Series takes inspiration from the work of mid-century designers, combining aspects of naturalism, organicism and Japanese minimalism.  Our Urban Forest Series Credenza gives an earth-conscious update to iconic mid-century casegoods by highlighting a reverence for the natural beauty of wood. We take this idea even one step further by fabricating this stunning piece of sustainably harvested and reclaimed wood.

The 2-1/2” thick live-edge top, bottom and legs of the Urban Forest Series Credenza are fabricated from lumber harvested from a Bunya Bunya tree that grew in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Brentwood. The cabinet and doors are fabricated of solid old-growth California Redwood, salvaged and re-milled from a decommissioned all-wood bridge, originally built nearly a century ago. Finished in clear conversion varnish, for durability.
